The conference will take place at the Hilton Dresden opens in new tab/window overlooking the river Elbe and the famous Frauenkirche Church of our Lady in the heart of this historic city.
The hotel is within walking distance of Dresden’s main station and a short 20 minute drive from the airport. In addition to excellent conference facilities and restaurants it hosts an indoor pool, sauna and gym.

Rooms have been reserved at a special rate for delegates at the conference hotel – the Hilton Dresden. Room rate: 129.00€ per night and room single use / 154.00€ per night and room double use The City of Dresden levies a lodging tax of 6% of the room rate excluding breakfast per night. Please note, that the stated prices are excluding City Tax.

Booked rooms are cancellable free of charge till 7 days prior arrival. Late cancellation will be charged with 90% of the room rate
For booking a room a guarantee by credit card is mandatory
The offered room rate is including a HILTON Breakfast buffet, service charge and VAT, but excluding City Tax
There is no charge for the LivingWell Health Clubs fitness room, the use of our swimming pool, whirlpool and steam bath is €3.00 per person and day.
Check-in time is 15:00 & check-out time is 12:00

Elsevier has been made aware that third-party companies are targeting Elsevier conference speakers and attendees with a fraudulent travel and hotel booking scheme.
The companies are calling/emailing conference attendees, using email addresses which appear very similar to official Elsevier email addresses, and claiming to be the “official” housing bureau and/or authorized by Elsevier to book hotel/travel accommodations for the conference. This is entirely false and should anyone contact you, please do not provide them with any of your details, but refer this to Elsevier. Is there disabled parking? Yes
Is the venue wheelchair accessible? Yes, main entrance, lobby and guest rooms, Bistro (open daily from 06:00 am till 11pm). Meeting Space: Piano Bar and Salon Petersburg, Salon Dresden. The Congress Centre with congress hall and foyer can be accessed directly via Salon Petersburg and Salon Rotterdam
Are there accessible elevators close to the conference rooms? Yes, to the meeting room mentioned above.
Are there accessible restrooms near the conference rooms (same floor/near accessible lifts?) Yes, near to Salon Petersburg and lift. All booked rooms are on the same floor.
