Origin

The superior palpebral arch arises from the anastomoses between the lateral and medial palpebral arterial branches of the upper eyelid.

Course

The superior palpebral arch extends the length of the upper eyelid, sitting just above (2 mm) the margin of the eyelid (Yanoff and Duker, 2013).
