Please note that ALL tours require a minimum of 10 attendees.
1. Gion After Dark | Sunday 7th September, 19:00 – 22:00
Slip into Kyoto’s old entertainment quarter after sunset: lantern-lit lanes of wooden machiya, willow-fringed canals, and ochaya teahouses where geiko and maiko still hurry between evening engagements. Hear the district’s back-stories while catching glimpses of living tradition.
Price: US$ 24 + VAT 10% = US$26.40 per person
Transport and entry tickets are NOT included.
2. Twilight Fushimi Inari | Monday 8th September, 19:00 – 22:00

Price: US$ 24 + VAT 10% = US$26.40 per person
Transport and entry tickets NOT included.
3. Golden Zen & Bamboo | Wednesday 10th September, 13:30 – 18:30
Marvel at Kinkaku-ji shimmering over its mirror-pond, feel the serene austerity of Ryoan-ji’s 15-stone zen garden, then wander Arashiyama’s soaring bamboo grove and UNESCO-listed Tenryu-ji before riverside views of the Hozu Gorge.
Price: US$49 + VAT 10% = US$53.9 per person
Transport and entry tickets NOT included.
4. North-Kyoto Mountain Walk | Wednesday 10th September, 13:30 – 18:30

Transport and entry tickets NOT included.
5. Ancient Capital Nara | Wednesday 10th September, 13:30 – 19:30

Conference Dinner
Join us for the Conference Dinner at Heian Jingu Shrine Restaurant & Banquet Hall on Tuesday, 9 September 2025, for the opportunity to network in a relaxed environment.
Heian Jingu Shrine Restaurant & Banquet Hall is located within the shrine grounds of the Heian Jingu Shrine, one of the most famous and prestigious shrines in Japan, built in 1895 for the 1,100th anniversary of the relocation of the capital city to Heiankyo. The interior boasts traditional Japanese architecture and amazing views of the scenic Shin-en Garden. The garden was designed by the Japanese Government as a ‘Place of Scenic Beauty’. In contrast to the magnificent image of the vermilion shrine gate (torii) and gorgeous shrine buildings of the Heian Jingu Shrine, the view of the vast garden gives the venue a calm and quiet atmosphere.
