You can submit as many abstracts to the conference for review as you would like.  If, after the review by the committee, you have more than one paper accepted for the conference, you will need to register to attend and pay an additional paper fee for each additional paper (i.e., for the 2^nd, 3^rd, 4^th papers – not the 1^st). Please note this is for papers that you are the presenting author of, not papers that you are co-author of.

Successfully submitted abstracts will be acknowledged with an electronic receipt including an abstract reference number, which should be quoted in all correspondence. Allow at least 2 hours for your receipt to be returned to you.

If you do not receive acknowledgement for your abstract submission or you wish to make any essential revisions to an abstract already submitted, please DO NOT RESUBMIT your abstract, as this may lead to duplication. Please quote your reference number if you have one. A condition of submission is that if accepted one of the authors will present at the conference.

Congress dinner

The Congress dinner will take place on Tuesday 10 September at the Museu da Cerveja (The Beer Museum), located in one of the largest squares in Europe – Terreiro do Paço, in Lisbon.

You will start the evening with a guided walking tour through Lisbon before arriving at the Museu da Cerveja where you will have the opportunity to view the museum before sitting down to a combination of sharing plates and a 3 course meal with a selection of drinks including beers and soft drinks.

Tickets are €70 plus Portuguese VAT and can be booked via the registration page.

Sign up for a Speed Review Session with one of our Editors at the 18th Vaccine Congress!

The editors of Vaccine opens in new tab/window invite you to sign up for a 15-minute Speed Review Session at the 18th Vaccine Congress.

Speed Review Sessions are a great way to meet our editors and present your research paper, research idea, or ask any other research related questions you may have. Each participant will get 15 minutes, and the editor will be able to give you feedback and offer advice.

The sessions will take place at the Elsevier Booth. Please see the timetable below for the sessions available.
