WARNING - SCAM ALERT: Exhibitor Housing Services (EHS) & Exhibitor Housing Management (EHM), Traveller Point (TP) and Travel Hosting Team (THT)
Elsevier has been made aware that third-party companies are targeting Elsevier conference speakers and attendees with a fraudulent travel and hotel booking scheme.
The companies are calling/emailing conference attendees, using email addresses which appear very similar to official Elsevier email addresses, and claiming to be the “official” housing bureau and/or authorized by Elsevier to book hotel/travel accommodations for the conference. This is entirely false and should anyone contact you, please do not provide them with any of your details, but refer this to Elsevier. If you are in any doubt about an email regarding the conference, please check this with a member of the organising team via: [email protected]

Conference Venue
Is there disabled parking?
We do not have any parking available onsite – there are two disabled parking bays out the front of the building, but these are not managed by the EICC, and I cannot guarantee their availability at any time. Information on nearby accessible parking facilities is available on our website: https://www.eicc.co.uk/visiting/disability-access
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
All entrances are wheelchair accessible, as are all our auditoriums and meeting rooms. We have some limitations when it comes to stage access for speakers using wheelchairs. The EICC can make reasonable adjustments to facilities where required, such as providing a wheelchair ramp, which can be utilised to take wheelchair users on to the stage in the Lomond Suite, breakout rooms, Cromdale Hall, and Strathblane Hall.
Are there accessible elevators close to the conference rooms?
There is an elevator which provides access to each floor of the building. All lifts have spoken messages indicating which floor the lift is on and whether the doors are opening or closing. Additionally, all lifts have grab bars for delegates with impaired mobility.
Are there accessible restrooms near the conference rooms (same floor/near accessible lifts?)
Yes – accessible restrooms on every floor, located near lifts with grab rails, emergency buttons, lowered mirrors and fittings.
