Submit abstract

The deadline for submission of abstracts has passed.

Notes for accepted authors

At least one author of the accepted abstract must register to attend either the in-person conference or, if they cannot travel to the conference, to present their work via zoom or the conference app. Only talks and posters of registered participants will be scheduled in the final program.

Abstracts of all accepted talks and posters will be included within the online program which will be distributed to all registered conference participants via the conference app.

Onsite authors

Accepted oral presenters: You will give your talk live and in-person as scheduled in the program. An audio recording of your talk along with your slides will be made available to all delegates after the event (subject to your permission).

Accepted poster presenters: You will present your poster in the live poster sessions as scheduled in the program.  You are encouraged to upload your poster and a short video pitch to the conference app to enable viewing and discussion via 1:1 meeting via the conference app by our non-attending delegates.

Non-attending authors

Accepted oral presenters: You will give your talk via zoom as scheduled in the program. An audio recording of your talk along with your slides will be made available to all delegates after the event (subject to your permission).

Accepted poster presenters: Upload your poster and a short video pitch to our conference app to enable viewing by all conference delegates: our in-app messaging and appointment facility enables delegates to contact you to discuss your work from the start of the conference and for 6-months post event

Poster pitches: We encourage all poster authors (onsite and non-attending) to upload a short video clip (up to 2 minutes long in English), to express your ideas and support your poster

All presentation audio recordings and posters will be available via the conference website or app for 6 months after the event.
