VAT: UK VAT is chargeable at 20% on online registration rates. However, if your company is VAT exempt as a UK B2B, EU B2B or Non-EU B2B customer please contact Marie-Claire Morley(opens in new tab/window) with your VAT number and we can provide an appropriate invoice. If you are based in Australia, please also contact Marie-Claire Morley(opens in new tab/window) as your invoice needs raising with Australian VAT. You will need to confirm your VAT number if you are an Australian B2B customer.
*Student rate applies to those registered for a higher degree. Student registration forms must be accompanied by a signed letter from your head of department attesting to student status. These should be emailed to Marie-Claire Morley(opens in new tab/window) (please do not email credit card information under any circumstances) to support your registration.
Multiple Paper Fee: If you have more than one paper accepted for presentation at the conference (oral or poster), there is an additional registration fee of US$16 (plus relevant VAT) per additional paper. Please select the additional item during the registration process and indicate all your abstract reference numbers when prompted. Please note this is for papers that you are the presenting author of, not papers that you are co-author of.

Stream live talks and poster sessions via the online platform and mobile apps
Access the ePosters
Ask questions, participate in online chat and polls during the live sessions
Network with speakers and other delegates during the live event
Visit the live exhibitor booths and chat with exhibitors
Access the recorded talks, poster sessions and ePosters* for six months after the conference
Access exhibitor profiles for six months after the conference
View abstracts of all presentations for six months after the conference

*On-demand access includes recordings of talks and slides, poster pitches and posters from authors that have agreed for post event distribution: the organizers cannot guarantee on-demand access to all presentations
Payment method
Payment for conference registrations can only be made by credit card online. Elsevier accepts: MasterCard, Visa and American Express, Alipay, Paypal and Unionpay.
Cancellation information
We do not offer refunds for online conference registration.
Elsevier shall not be liable for reimbursing the cost of travel or accommodation arrangements made by individual delegates for any pre-advertised in person event.

Your registration fee includes:
Accepted oral presenters: Presentation via zoom to our in-person attendees
Accepted poster authors: Upload your poster and video pitch to the conference app
Access to audio recordings and slides of all talks (subject to author permissions) for six months after the event
Access to posters and video pitches from onsite and non-attending authors (subject to permissions) via the conference app — from the start of the conference and for six months after the event.
Access to abstracts of all presentations via the conference app
Option to message authors and other attendees via the conference app
