Please note that The Nuclear Materials Conference 2016  event has taken place. We are not currently accepting registrations for this conference.

Due to the high number of abstracts received the organisers have agreed   to extend the early registration deadline until 12 August 2016 to allow   authors and delegates additional time to register.

Student2 registration rate - €260 + vat @ 20% = €312

Academic1 registration rate - €630 + vat @ 20% = €756

Industry Delegate Registration Rate - €705 + vat @ 20% = €846

1Academic rate applies to those with a full time position in a non-commercial institute.
2Student rate applies to those registered for a higher degree. Student registrations must be accompanied by a signed letter from your head of department attesting to student status.The registration fee includes:

  • Access to conference sessions
  • Full conference materials including a program booklet and access to the online abstract system
  • Welcome drinks reception
  • Mid-session refreshments and lunch as scheduled in the conference program

Please be advised  that your registration fee does not include travel insurance, please ensure that you have your own insurance policy before travelling.

Cancellation information

Substitutions may be made at any time but please advise customer services of a change of name. If you find it necessary to cancel the registration completely, please notify customer services immediately. Provided written notice is received by Friday September 23, 2016, a full refund will be given less a 10% administration charge. Provided written notice is received by Friday October 7, 2016, a 50% refund will be given. It is regretted for registrations cancelled after Friday October 27, 2016, or for no-shows at the conference, the full fee (100% cancellation charges) will be payable.

In the unlikely event that Elsevier shall deem it necessary to cancel the conference, all pre-paid registration fees will be reimbursed. Elsevier shall not be liable for reimbursing the cost of travel or accommodation arrangements made by individual delegates.
