Dr. Kannapon Lopetcharat is the Executive Director of Nouveau Centric Co. Ltd. He holds a PhD in sensory science and psychophysics with minor in statistics from Oregon State University.

Dr. Kannapon worked for Unilever and Avon as consumer science manager and has extensive experience in applying consumer-product and sensory in product development and innovation. He has been guest lecturer on sensory, consumer research, experimental design and research design at Chulalongkorn University and advisor to the Dean of Faculty of Agricultural Product Innovation and Technology, Srinakharinwirot University since 2012. He published numerous peer-reviewed journal articles, book chapters and books. He co-edited “Product Innovation Toolbox”, the best-selling title for Wiley in 2012. Now his focus is training and building organization to create sustainable innovation team.
