Win a Poster Award and Networking Lunch with our Speakers

The best poster in each of the below five categories will receive a cash award of US$500 award presented by Nobel Laureate James Allison and NCI Director Norman E Sharpless on the opening night of the conference.

Selected poster authors will be invited to join networking groups of 10 participants including speakers for an invitation-only networking lunch. Space is limited to 50 registered poster authors selected by the poster reviewers.

Submit abstract

Abstracts are invited for posters on the following topics to supplement the oral program.

  • Basic Research
  • Translational Research
  • Drug Discovery
  • Clinical Care
  • Patient Engagement

Authors should align their abstracts with at least one of the conference cross-cutting themes.

Note: Authors of abstracts submitted in the first call for papers are also eligible for the poster awards and networking lunch.

Once the paper is accepted, at least one of the authors must register for the conference and present the paper at the conference.

Abstracts of all accepted contributions will be included within the online abstract system which will be distributed to all registered conference participants

For revisions or queries regarding papers already submitted

If you do not receive acknowledgement for your abstract submission or you wish to make any essential revisions to an abstract already submitted, please DO NOT RESUBMIT your abstract, as this may lead to duplication. Please contact the Conference Content Executive with details of any revisions or queries. Please quote your reference number if you have one.
