Olivier Dumon is Managing Director, Research Products. He joined Elsevier in July 2016. Olivier is in charge of the Research Product portfolio, which covers approximately a dozen platforms and applications. His role also encompasses Analytics, Data Science and Program Management. Olivier’s area of research is search ranking and blending, data quality and off-line simulation using machine learning. Before joining Elsevier, Olivier spent some years in consulting (including McKinsey), co-founded a B2B web platform which he sold to a publisher, worked at eBay where he managed the Search Engine ranking and blending teams out of San Jose, CA and then joined AT&T.
