Scopus is proud of its transparent and independent process for selecting content for indexing. The independent Scopus Content Selection and Advisory Board (CSAB) is an international group of scientists, researchers and librarians who are respected experts in their fields. The 17 Subject Chairs review title submissions and currently indexed titles throughout the year to ensure all content meets globally recognized publishing standards and to prevent predatory titles from being indexed. The CSAB gets additional support from four Expert Content Selection and Advisory Committees (ECSAC) in selected regions to ensure global representation of titles on Scopus.
