Dr. Kalpana Raghunathan

Dr. Kalpana Raghunathan brings over a decade of experience in education, workforce development, and change management. She specialises in course design, the implementation of digital learning technologies, and the advancement of digital health initiatives. Her doctoral research focused on health informatics and digital health skills, particularly through the use of simulated electronic medical records (EMRs) in nursing education. She contributes to projects across digital health, workforce development, and health professions education. Dr. Raghunathan currently works as a Senior Project Officer at La Trobe University, managing work on a cross-disciplinary, interprofessional practice development project.
