Tammy Purcell, MSN, RNC-OB, Clinical Nurse Executive, Elsevier

Tammy is a Masters-prepared RN, currently serving as a Clinical Nurse Executive with Elsevier. She began her career or more than 30 years in Labor & Delivery and spent time working in the specialties of Pediatrics, ED, Oncology, Home Health, and Hospice. Transitioning from the bedside into progressively more advanced leadership roles, Tammy spent most of her career in healthcare leadership and then moved to healthcare IT over twelve years ago.

Jessie Scapinello, MSN, RN, Clinical Nurse Executive, Elsevier

Jessie Scapinello, MSN, RN, serves as a Clinical Nurse Executive with Elsevier. She is a Masters-prepared nurse of more than 13 years, who spent most of her career in the Emergency Department and as a Critical Care Flight Nurse before advancing her career into Nursing Informatics. She is passionate about promoting health and wellness, lifelong learning and advocating for the nursing profession.

Jaimie Talir, MSN, RN, NPDBC, RN Program Manager for Clinical Education, SSM Health

Since 2003, Jaimie has worked at SSM across inpatient women’s services and ambulatory care before finding her true passion in nursing professional development. She now leads systemwide initiatives in preceptor development, clinical onboarding, and workplace violence prevention, with a focus on advancing evidence-based practice and supporting clinicians across their professional journey. She's especially committed to ensuring emerging technologies are implemented in ways that strengthen clinical judgment, enhance educational practice, and keep nurses at the center of decision-making.
