Ron Chenail

Since the journal started in 1990, Dr. Chenail and his editorial community has published papers by authors from 107 different countries. Previously, he served as Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Marital and Family Therapy (JMFT), the flagship research journal of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT), Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Divorce and Remarriage, and Associate Editor with Family Business Review.

He is an editorial board member of Qualitative Research in Psychology; American Journal of Family Therapy, Contemporary Family Therapy, and Qualitative Social Work; as well as a founding editorial board member of Qualitative Inquiry. In addition to his editorial work, Dr. Chenail is Provost and Executive Vice President for Academic Affairs and Professor of Family Therapy at Nova Southeastern University.
