Po-Heng (Henry) Lee

Imperial College London, UK

Dr. Po-Heng (Henry) Lee is an Associate Professor at Imperial College London. His research drives resource recovery (e.g., anaerobic bioprocesses) and energy-water management ( e.g., AI centres and semiconductor manufacturing). By coupling meta-omics (genomics) with quantum information theory and computing, energetic, and kinetics, his team overcomes classical thermodynamics and simulation limitations in microbial electron transfer. Utilising platforms like IBM Qiskit and Xanadu strawberry fields, his lab develops advanced quantum algorithms to model and manipulate microbiomes and engineered system to promote a healthier environment.
