Nilesh Rane, PhD

Nilesh Rane is a Solution Consultant, responsible for developing and executing a corporate business strategy for Chemistry solution portfolio in the South Asia region. Nilesh joined Elsevier in 2013 in the Life Science team and in the current role advising research managers and supporting business users to get the most out of their research platforms.

Prior to joining, he worked at various custom research organizations, as Sr. Scientist & Project Manager – Med Chem at Jubilant Chemsys and Sai life Sciences, He also served as an application scientist at Perkin Elmer Informatics. He graduated with a PhD in Chemistry with a research focus on bioactive heterocycles and holds a Master’s degree in Chemistry and a bachelor’s degree in Pharma Chemistry and Microbiology.
