Nicoline van der Linden is a research security expert advising universities, governments, funders, and research organisations on the security, integrity, and resilience of research in an increasingly complex geopolitical landscape.

With a background in immunology, scholarly publishing, and open-source intelligence, she brings together scientific expertise and strategic analysis to address emerging risks to international research and innovation. An accredited Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) Analyst, she is a frequent speaker on research security and international scientific collaboration. Nicoline holds MSc degrees in Immunology, Molecular Biology, and Business Administration.
