Luca Mora

Luca Mora is a Professor of Innovation Management at the Business School of Edinburgh Napier University, UK, and at Tallinn University of Technology, Estonia. With over 10 years of experience in multidisciplinary research at the intersection of innovation management, public administration scholarship, science and technology studies, and urban studies, Professor Mora is best known for his scholarly work on smart city governance and urban innovation. His research has been widely published in leading international journals and has served as an academic consultant for several intergovernmental organizations, including the United Nations. In addition to his research and consulting roles, Professor Mora is Co-Editor-in-Chief of Technological Forecasting and Social Change. He is also featured in Elsevier-Stanford’s Top 2% Scientists list and is ranked by ScholarGPS among the world’s top scholars in smart city research.
