I am passionate about processes! I have a demonstrated history of working in the higher education industry.

I strive to make processes as simple as possible for those who would rather spend their academic career doing research rather than admin. In my current professional services role as Research Information and Systems Manager, I manage and influence the research performance landscape of the University of Southampton. I manage two small teams: Research Systems: Managing the day-to-day support for our Research Systems, Pure and Worktribe (Research and Enterprise). Management Information: Responsible for providing data and insights for strategic planning both internally and externally.
