She is experienced in handling products like ScienceDirect, Scopus and Mendeley. She is a Scopus and Scival certified trainer and is part of Mendeley global community. Her role extends to supporting and expanding current Elsevier partnerships and enhancing their value through various data and analayis and capacity-building programs She has done more than 200 of National and International workshops to help researchers and students and is passionate about empowering professionals through training and education. She has conducted sessions at prestigious institutions, government organizations and various ministries.
