Blerina Osmanaj

Blerina Osmanaj is a Senior Acquisition Editor for Major Reference Works (MRW) at Elsevier. With over 13 years of experience in academic and STM publishing, she specializes in acquiring and developing reference content in Chemistry and Biomedical Sciences. After spending 12 years in Oxford, she now lives in Italy and works with an international editorial team. She contributes to the growth and innovation of the MRW program, which publishes around 24 multivolume works per year, and is also committed to mentoring and enhancing the experience of authors and editors. Her work focuses on ensuring high-quality content that is relevant to the scientific community and to librarians who support its dissemination.
