Contributing to inclusivity

Diversity and inclusion are the foundation of innovation. By having a diverse group of people create education and solutions that reflect the diversity of our world, Elsevier Health is helping to lay the groundwork for more equitable healthcare worldwide.

Building better healthcare

At Elsevier Health, uncovering biases through thoroughly researched, vetted, and expertly designed educational training is one way we overcome prejudices, paving the way to better health.

We are shaping our solutions to provide content that supports representation and inclusion from day one in the classroom through to clinical practice. We are driving awareness and empathy — bridging the diversity and equity gap for patients and healthcare professionals.

By providing applications that streamline workflows, and algorithms that make learning as effective as humanly possible, we can provide solutions that support current and future clinicians to provide better outcomes for the benefit of every patient.

Through products like Shadow Health and Complete Anatomy, we aim to shed light on undertreated populations, bringing information and research to the forefront, and making the healthcare field more accessible and accepting for all.

Contributing to inclusivity in healthcare

We develop technology with a level of detail to ensure that diversity and inclusion are recognized and supported.
