Agricultural Soil Degradation and Restoration

Aim & scope

This book series highlights the urgency of maintaining healthy soil for human life on earth with categorical in-depth detailing of its concepts for translating science to practice. This series welcomes contributions providing translational, inter- and multi-disciplinary research on soil degradation, conservation, and restoration in the context of a changing global environment through observational, theoretical, and applied studies. Topics of interest include but are not limited to (a) soil degradation by unsustainable land use and inappropriate land management practices, and (b) soil conservation measurements and restoration actions for maintaining ecosystem services and functions (including research, management, education, and policy).

Audience

The main readership for the series is researchers in the fields of agricultural, environmental, and food sciences.
