Associated with Long COVID, “Neurovascular Dysregulation and Acute Exercise Intolerance in Myalgic Encephalomyelitis/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome(opens in new tab/window)” finds that pyridostigmine improves aerobic capacity in ME/CFS.

  Sleep

Looking at short-term changes, “Air Pollution and the Effectiveness of Positive Airway Pressure Therapy in Individuals with Sleep Apnea(opens in new tab/window)” demonstrated that air pollution, even at the relatively low levels, showed a measurable association with a change in objective PAP treatment effectiveness.
