To start off the new year, the Journal of Allergy and Clinical Immunology would like to take a look back at 2025 and highlight some of the most impactful articles of the past year. All of the papers in the collection below have been made free to read until the end of 2026 and many of them are open access, allowing you to access the full text beyond this year.

First, we highlight the most cited articles of the year. The list is a testament to the broad scope of the journal and includes papers on topics such as: Inborn errors of immunity, atopic dermatitis, eosinophilic esophagitis, long Covid, chronic rhinosinusitis, and more.
