Faculty are central to every institutional priority, from student success and research output to reputation and retention. Yet many institutions struggle to clearly see, evaluate, and recognize the full breadth of faculty work.

In partnership with Hanover Research, we surveyed faculty members and administrators to better understand how workload growth, evaluation practices, equity concerns, and changing expectations are shaping faculty experience and, therefore, institutional outcomes.
