Additionally, you may view all copyrighted content of any and all downloads until such downloads expire; print and/or copy and paste digital pages for your personal, non-commercial use and reference in connection with your course work; personalize bookmarks and add personal notes; and display content within your classroom as part of instruction.

Evolve platform - file storage
Instructors are allowed up to 500 MB of storage space and students are allowed up to 20 MB of storage space per course instance on this Site upon approved adoption and/or registration of select Products. If this amount is exceeded, you will be notified via e-mail and must immediately remove enough materials to lower the size of file storage below the stated limit. If you do not comply, Elsevier reserves the right to suspend access to your account.
Evolve platform - product archiving
Instructor-led courses that have not had any users enrolled into them within six (6) months from the course creation date will be removed from the Site, placed in an archive, and the instructor moved into a shared course with access to the same Elsevier content, if available. Any course that has not been accessed within a consecutive twelve (12) month period will be removed from the Site and placed in an archive. Courses will be stored in the archive for a period of one (1) year from the date of archive. If your course has been archived and you would like it reinstated you must submit a ticket at http://evolvesupport.elsevier.com.
Evolve platform - product trials
Upon Elsevier approval, instructors may obtain either a 10-day or a 30-day trial of select Products on this Site only. Students may not be enrolled into trial Products during the duration of the trial. Upon expiration of the trial period the Products will be deleted from the Site unless you decide to adopt the Product. If you adopt the Product during and/or upon completion of such trial, you will be required to adopt the required textbook(s) and/or user guide(s) and require that all students taking your class purchase the required textbook(s) and/or user guide(s). Elsevier reserves the right to modify the length of the trial period at any time.
Evolve platform - deleted content
Features of this Service allows instructors to hide or remove content distributed to students. Content that is deleted from a course cannot be retrieved at a later date. If content is accidentally deleted from a course, a request to recreate the content may be made through a ticket submission at http://evolvesupport.elsevier.com. Elsevier reserves the right to charge for recovery, deny any such request, or accept the request without any set timetable for completion.
Evolve platform - student enrollment
Instructors of unique courses on this Site are responsible for coordinating student enrollment into their courses. Self-enrollment by students and batch enrollment by instructors are features of this Site. Elsevier respects the privacy of student information submitted by instructors and will not market to individuals submitted through the batch enrolment process.
Evolve platform - self-study
Some Products on this Site offer self-study options that allow you access without the supervision of an instructor and without receiving college credit or continuing education credit. All self-study Products are provided only on this Service and may involve expiration. If expired, the Product will be removed from your account and all records of your activity will be erased. Elsevier reserves the right to charge for Product renewals, discontinue, or change the Service or its availability to you, at any time without notice.
Some products on this Site are available for download into local institutional learning management system platforms. You understand that since such products will be running on your local system rather than this Site, student account creation and course enrollment must be performed by your local institution and not Elsevier. Any problems related to system and/or product access should be directed to your local technical system support resources.
