Tatiana is a professional in Information Science - Librarianship from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in Colombia with a Master's degree in Communication and Visual Languages from the Institute of Communication and Culture in Mexico. She is certified by Elsevier to support researchers in the publication and submission of manuscripts to scientific and academic journals, and has more than 9 years of experience in the management of databases focused on research and academia. Currently, she is a consultant and collaborates closely with clients in Elsevier's Mexico and Costa Rica accounts.
Prior to joining Elsevier, she worked as a researcher at Ernst & Young, contributing to the Knowledge section. In addition, she has extensive experience in supporting university libraries and research with a focus on bibliometrics and various areas related to the visibility of scientific production using platforms such as ScienceDirect and Scopus.
