Rajiv Hota is a senior administrator advancing the research enterprise at Princeton University through the offices of the Dean for Research and Corporate Engagement and Foundation Relations.

He supports the mission of the University by enabling research collaborations. He is an innovator and strategic thinker adept in the use of business intelligence tools to improve workflow, meet organizational goals and reporting needs. Rajiv manages data to support all uses of data including research analytics, funding, operations, and risk management. He analyzes data to drive improved decisions, business processes and outcomes, such as discovering new business risks, challenges, and opportunities. Rajiv has experience in higher education successfully driving university administrative objectives; planning, executing, and implementing complex and strategic projects for Princeton University and external partners like Research with New Jersey. Rajiv has a MBA in information management and finance from Rutgers Business School, and a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) from Malaviya National Institute of Technology (MNIT) in India. He has completed the Management Development Certificate Program at Princeton and is a Salesforce Certified Administrator.
