Multiple paper fee: If you have more than one paper accepted for presentation at the conference (oral or poster), there is an additional registration fee of $50 per additional paper. Please select the additional item during the registration process and indicate all your abstract reference numbers when prompted. Please note this is for papers that you are the presenting author of, not papers that you are co-author of.
Academic rate applies to those with a fulltime position in a non-commercial institute. Student rate applies to those registered for a higher degree. Student registration forms must be accompanied by a signed letter from your head of department attesting to student status (please note, Post Doc students are not eligible for the student registration rate). These should be emailed to [email protected] (please do not email credit card information under any circumstances) to support your registration.

Elsevier Conferences Code of Conduct: For all participants of Elsevier organized events
Elsevier is committed to creating a safe, enjoyable, and professional conference environment where mutual trust, diversity and inclusion are valued, and where everyone is entitled to be treated with courtesy and respect. Harassment of attendees in any form will not be tolerated and we expect all participants to adhere to the following:
Harassment and sexist, racist, or exclusionary comments or jokes are not appropriate. This includes, but is not limited to: disruption of talks or other events, inappropriate physical contact, sexual attention, deliberate intimidation, stalking, and photography or recording of an individual without consent. It also includes offensive comments related to gender, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, or religion.
Discourse and discussion are positively encouraged however all communication should be appropriate for a professional audience including people of many different backgrounds. Sexual or sexist language and imagery is not appropriate.
Interventions should be respectful and not insult or put down other participants of the event.
Should participants witness events of bullying, harassment or aggression, Elsevier recommends that they approach the affected person to show support and check how they are. The witness may also wish to suggest that the person report the inappropriate behavior. However, it is up to the affected person alone whether or not they wish to report it.
Any participant asked to stop any inappropriate behavior is expected to comply immediately. Participants violating these rules may be asked to leave the conference, at the sole discretion of Elsevier staff, without a refund of any charge. Any participant who wishes to report a violation of this policy is asked to speak, in confidence, to the Elsevier organizing team.
Cancellation information
Substitutions may be made at any time but please advise Conference Project Leadopens in new tab/window of a change of name. If you find it necessary to cancel the registration completely, please notify Conference Project Leadopens in new tab/window immediately. Provided written notice is received by 7th August 2026, a full refund will be given less a 10% administration charge. Provided written notice is received by 21st August 2026, a 50% refund will be given. It is regretted for registrations cancelled after 21st August 2026, or for no-shows at the conference, the full fee (100% cancellation charges) will be payable.
In the unlikely event that Elsevier shall deem it necessary to cancel the conference, all pre-paid registration fees will be reimbursed. Elsevier shall not be liable for reimbursing the cost of travel or accommodation arrangements made by individual delegates.
