Travel

1. Nanchang Changbei International Airport - Hotel Route:

• Take Airport Bus Line 3 to Nanchang West Station, then transfer to Metro Line 2 to Guobo Station (towards South Road Station direction), arrive at Guobo Station and exit the subway station through Exit 4, walk about 300 meters to reach the hotel.

• Take Metro Line 2 to Guobo Station (towards South Road Station direction), exit the subway station through Exit 4, walk about 300 meters to reach the hotel.

• Walk about 730 meters to the entrance of Nanchang West High-Speed Railway Station, take Metro Line 2 to Guobo Station (towards South Road Station direction), exit the subway station through Exit 4, walk about 300 meters to reach the hotel.

2. Nanchang Railway Station - Hotel Route:

• Take Metro Line 2, enter the subway from Nanchang Railway Station, get off at Guobo Station, exit through Exit 4, walk about 300 meters to reach the hotel.

3. Taxi:

• From Nanchang Changbei International Airport to Green Platinum Residence Hotel is about 36.5 kilometers, with a regular time of about 40 minutes.

• From Nanchang West High-Speed Railway Station to Green Platinum Residence Hotel is about 1 kilometer, with a time of about 8 minutes.

• From Nanchang Long-distance Bus West Station to Green Platinum Residence Hotel is about 1 kilometer, with a time of about 8 minutes.

• From Nanchang Railway Station to Green Platinum Residence Hotel is about 16 kilometers, with a time of about 30 minutes.

• Nationals of 48 countries can enter China visa-free with ordinary passports for up to 30 days. Note: Nationals of the aforementioned countries can, with ordinary passports, enter China visa-free for purposes of business, tourism, visits to relatives and friends, exchange visits, and transit, provided that their stay periods will not exceed 30 days. The duration of stay for every foreign national shall be calculated from 00:00 on the day following the day of entry.

• Starting February 17, 2026, holders of ordinary passports from Canada and the United Kingdom will be able to stay in China for up to 30 days without a visa. This decision, now officially confirmed by the Chinese government, will remain in effect through December 31, 2026. Invitation Letter

While the conference team CANNOT arrange visas on your behalf, we are glad to help to issue an invitation letter for your visa application once you have completed your registration successfully.

• The local hosts of the conference (as a China registered company/institute) may be able to assist in providing a letter with a signature or red stamp, but this is NOT guaranteed and work as case by case. Please always check with us in advance if you require a stamped invitation letter for visa.

• Please note that we can NOT provide letters that contain the Personal ID card details of the signatory.

• Please note that we can NOT assist in providing PU/TE Invitation letters.
