Accommodation has been reserved for conference delegates at the Postillion Hotel & Convention Centre WTC Rotterdamopens in new tab/window, at the following preferential rates:
€189.00 - based on single occupancy (per room, per night)
Guestroom rates are inclusive of VAT and include breakfast. Tourist tax (currently 6.5% of the total room rate, excluding VAT, per night and subject to government updates) is not included.
Reservation cut-off date is 1 September 2027. After this date, any bookings received will be confirmed upon hotel availability.

Elsevier has been made aware that third-party companies are targeting Elsevier conference speakers and attendees with a fraudulent travel and hotel booking scheme.
The companies are calling/emailing conference attendees, using email addresses which appear very similar to official Elsevier email addresses, and claiming to be the “official” housing bureau and/or authorized by Elsevier to book hotel/travel accommodations for the conference. This is entirely false and should anyone contact you, please do not provide them with any of your details, but refer this to Elsevier. Is there disabled parking?
We don’t have parking space of our own, in proximity of the venue there are multiple parking garages with disabled spaces.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes.
Are there accessible elevators close to the conference rooms?
Yes, we have an elevator near the main entrance.
Are there accessible restrooms near the conference rooms?
Yes, all on the same floor.
Meeting Rooms
Most of our meeting rooms are on the same level. This is the same level where you enter the venue.
