1 The academic rate applies to those with a full-time position in a non-commercial institute.
2 The student rate applies to those registered for a higher degree. Post Doc’s are not eligible for the student rate. Student registration must be accompanied by a letter from your head of department, attesting to your student status. Multiple Paper Fee
If you have more than one paper accepted for presentation at the conference (oral or poster), there is an additional registration fee of $USD50 per additional paper. Please select the additional item during the registration process and indicate all your abstract reference numbers when prompted. Please note this is for papers that you are the presenting author of, not papers that you are co-author of.

Payment for conference registrations can only be made by credit card online. Elsevier accepts: MasterCard, Visa and American Express, Alipay, Paypal and Unionpay.

Cancellation information
Substitutions may be made at any time but please advise the Project Leadopens in new tab/window of a change of name (please do not email credit card information under any circumstances).
If you find it necessary to cancel the registration completely, please notify the Project Leadopens in new tab/window (please do not email credit card information under any circumstances) immediately.
Provided with written notice is received before Friday, October 1, 2027, a full refund will be given but charge 10% less for administration fee.
Provided with written notice is received before Friday, October 15, 2027, a 50% refund will be given.
All registrations cancellation notice after Friday, October 15, 2027, or for no-shows at the conference, it is regretted that the full fee of 100% cancellation charges will be payable with no refund.

In the unlikely event that Elsevier shall deem it necessary to cancel the conference, all pre-paid registration fees will be reimbursed. Elsevier shall not be liable for reimbursing the cost of travel or accommodation arrangements made by individual delegates.
