Jerome Alexander Cuenca

Cardiff University, UK

Dr. Jerome Alexander Cuenca is a microwave materials scientist at the Cardiff Diamond Foundry. He received his PhD in microwave engineering at Cardiff University where he developed microwave sensors for the quality control of nanodiamonds and non-diamond carbon. He is currently at the Cardiff Diamond Foundry optimising microwave plasma chemical vapour deposition systems and researching microwave applications of diamond. He has developed diamond growth recipes for Diamond-on-GaN and III/nitrides, microwave dielectric spectroscopy systems for measuring diamond, finite-element plasma models for optimising diamond deposition and superconducting boron-doped diamond microwave co-planar resonators.
