Associate Professor, Department of Radiation and Technology, Delft University of Technology, Delft, The Netherlands.
Anna is an Associate Professor at the Delft University of Technology. Her research focuses on the chemistry of advanced nuclear fuels, including ceramics (e.g. oxides) and molten salts (e.g fluorides and chlorides). She has expertise in experimental and computational thermodynamics and nuclear materials chemistry, and a particular interest in the study of structure-property relationships. Before joining the TU Delft in 2015, she obtained a PhD in Materials Science from the University of Cambridge (UK). As part of her PhD, she spent several years at the Joint Research Centre (JRC-Karlsruhe) of the European Commission, where she performed experimental investigations of actinide oxide materials.
