Comprising leaders from the healthcare industry, the board aims to promote Elsevier's principles of responsible AI, which include transparency, fairness, and patient-centric innovation, within the Indian healthcare system. The board endeavors to lead these efforts through thought-leadership, best practices, and sustainable engagement with policymakers. Membership Composition: The board shall comprise senior industry members, including healthcare leaders, health tech professionals, academic scholars, and policy makers. Selection criterion: Members are selected based on their experience with implementing AI technology in healthcare, clinical expertise, community influence, and their alignment with Elsevier's responsible AI principles, including ethical innovation and patient-centric care.
