Dr. Naresh Kumar has received the doctorate in Biotechnology from Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee, Uttarakhand, India. He is currently working as a research scientist at Indian Institute of Technology Indore. He has 12 years of research experience as well as one year teaching experience both at undergraduate and postgraduate level. Chemical biology, Natural Products Chemistry and their biological applications through structural modifications, Drug discovery, are among the major research areas of Dr Kumar. He is a regular reviewer of a variety of international journals from Elsevier, Springer Nature, Taylor & Francis and Academic journals. Dr Kumar has published around 21 international research and review articles in reputed journals along with 03 book chapters. He is also editing a book for Springer Nature and working as guest associate editor for Frontiers in Chemistry: Section (Medicinal and Pharmaceutical Chemistry on the topic entitled “Phenolic Acids: Advances in Drug Discovery”.

Nidhi Goel
Dr. Nidhi Goel is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Chemistry, Institute of Science, Banaras Hindu University, Uttar Pradesh, India. She received her doctorate in Chemistry from the Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee, India, and completed her postdoctoral research at the Indian Institute of Science Bangalore in Karnataka. Dr. Goel’s research focuses on developing strategies, based on supramolecular building approaches, for rational construction of functional coordination polymer, with prospective uses including magnetic, luminescence, and sensing applications. Dr. Goel has published 35 peer-reviewed research papers in reputed international journals and has been the Principal Investigator on 3 research projects from the Government of India. She has 15 years of research experience, along with 4 years of teaching experience at undergraduate and postgraduate level. She has edited 2 books and acts as a regular reviewer for a variety of international journals.

He is Corresponding Member of the Royal Academy of Medicine and Surgery of Galicia (1991), Member of the Scientific Committee of the Spanish Agency for Consumption, Food Safety and Nutrition (2013-2016), Research Medal of the Royal Galician Academy of Sciences 2020 Antonio Casares Rodriguez (Chemistry and Geology), President of the International Association of Dietary Nutrition and Safety (2020), Full Member of the Royal Academy of Pharmacy of Galicia (2021), and Associate Editor in Food Science and Nutrition (Wiley) and Food Chemistry (Elsevier). He leads a research group of excellence, and was leading CIA3 - Environmental, Agricultural and Food Research Center (2008-2018). He was the Head of the Department of Analytical Chemistry and Food Science (2013-2018), and Vice-Chancellor for Internationalization at the University of Vigo (2018).
