The American Journal of Transplantation (AJT) is a platform to advance the global impact of transplantation research. As the must-read transplantation journal, AJT is dedicated to publishing original research, reviews, consensus documents, and guidelines that advocate change in transplantation.

The AJT is the joint journal of the American Society of Transplantation (AST) and the American Society of Transplant Surgeons (ASTS). Together, these two organizations are the largest transplant organizations in North America and are recognized as the premier societies globally.
