Dr. Yuning Gao is tenured associate professor, doctoral supervisor and, deputy dean of the school and director of the Institute of International Development and Global Governance, executive director of MPA education center at the School of Public Policy and Management, Tsinghua University. He served as deputy director of the Institute of Service Economy and Digital Governance, Tsinghua University and associate researcher at Institute for Contemporary China Studies, Tsinghua University, and he has been enlisted in national young talents program. He holds PhD in Economics from University of Cambridge, Master of Management and Bachelor of Engineering from Tsinghua University. He serves as the member of the Global Governance Working Group under the Public Administration Discipline Appraisal Group, standing board member of the Committee of Social and Economic System Engineering of the Society of System Engineering of China, committee member of Digital Economy Innovation specialized committee of China Information Economics Society,and honorary associate professor at the Bartlett School of Sustainable Construction, University College of London. He also serves as the co-Editor in Chief of Structural Change and Economic Dynamics. He was elected as the 31st president of Chinese Economics Association Europe/UK served as visiting professor at Graduate School of economics, Nagoya University.
