Chief Product Officer

Jamie joined Elsevier in June 2025 as Chief Product Officer. He serves in this capacity alongside his ongoing role as Chief Product Officer for LexisNexis Legal, another division of RELX, Elsevier’s parent company.

In his role, Jamie focuses on delivering innovative products and platforms that serve the needs of our research and healthcare customers around the globe.

Prior to joining RELX in 2015, Jamie was Vice President of Product Management at Pivotal Software. He also held global leadership roles at eBay and Microsoft. At eBay, he led the Product Management organization responsible for mobile applications. Before eBay, Jamie led a PM group at Microsoft that focused on improving online search. He also held PM and development roles at Trilogy Software and NorthStar Consulting.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science and mathematics from Carnegie Mellon University, and a master’s in computer science from the University of Pennsylvania. Jamie is based in Silicon Valley, California.
