Ryo Nakayama

Ryo Nakayama received his Ph.D. from Kyoto University in 2019. He worked at Tokyo Institute of Technology from 2018 to 2022. Since 2022, he has been with the University of Tokyo, where he served as a Project Assistant Professor until March 2025. In April 2025, he was appointed Associate Professor at the University of Tokyo. His current research interests include the fabrication of metal–organic framework (MOF) thin films by physical vapor deposition and the application of machine learning to materials science.
