Dr. Nida Denphaisarn serves as the Head of Learning Resources at ThaiLIS, where she leads strategic initiatives to strengthen digital access, academic resource integration, and cross-institutional collaboration throughout Thailand’s higher education network. She is passionate about enhancing the nation’s knowledge infrastructure through innovation, inclusion, and research-driven development.
Alongside her leadership, Dr. Nida is a dedicated researcher in educational technology and learner-centered design. Her notable work, “A New Framework for eLearning Using Learning Style and Personality Style,” explores how personalized learning environments can be shaped by cognitive and personality insights.
