Klaus Müller-Buschbaum

Prof. Dr. Klaus Müller-Buschbaum is a professor for Inorganic Chemistry, director of the Institute of Inorganic and Analytical Chemistry at the Justus-Liebig-University of Giessen, Germany and chair of the GDCh division for Solid-State Chemistry and Materials Research. Before, he was professor at the Julius-Maximilians-University of Würzburg with career stages at the Universities of Munich and Cologne as well as the Monash University, Australia. His research is mainly focused on the field of tension of new materials, resources and energy by means of making inorganic chemistry more sustainable. He researches the recovery of critical resources by developing new approaches of chemical recycling and investigates novel multifunctional materials involving Metal-Organic Frameworks.
