As the Research Information and Systems Manager, I manage and influence the research performance landscape of the University of Southampton. I manage two small teams: Research Systems: Managing the day-to-day support for our Research Systems, Pure and Worktribe (Research and Enterprise). Management Information: Responsible for providing data and insights for strategic planning both internally and externally.
