Jelena Sevo

Appointed to her current role in March 2026, Jelena is responsible for business strategy, communications, brand and enterprise-level marketing capabilities. Jelena joined RELX, Elsevier parent company, in 2011. She has extensive experience in strategy, commercial and operational leadership having held senior roles across Elsevier, LexisNexis and RELX, including serving as Chief Strategy Officer at RELX. Prior to RELX, Jelena worked in strategy consulting at Bain & Company, and prior to that as a lawyer in private and public sector.

She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, a master’s degree in law from Georgetown University and a bachelor’s degree in law from the University of Belgrade. Jelena is based in London.
