Lee Rivas is President of Elsevier's global healthcare businesses, delivering its complete suite of information analytics services to hospitals, ambulatory care facilities and nursing education institutions. Joining Elsevier’s parent company RELX in 2006, Lee has a broad range of experience in data and analytics businesses across several sectors including healthcare. Lee played a key role in building the company’s healthcare data and analytic assets at LexisNexis Risk Solutions Healthcare which he continues to lead. He was previously Senior Vice President and General Manager of the LexisNexis Risk Solutions Background Screening business. Prior to joining RELX, Lee was an engagement manager at McKinsey & Company, a leading global strategy consulting firm. Lee began his career in the U.S. Army where he held several leadership roles in the U.S. and abroad. Lee graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point where he was a member of the academic honour society Phi Kappa Phi and he holds a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School.
