NCCN aims to focus on key areas of clinical neurophysiology. Submissions on neurophysiological investigation of central or peripheral nervous system or muscle in healthy humans or patients are welcomed.
The journal publishes topics including:
• Electroencephalography (EEG) and stereoelectroencephalography (SEEG)
• Magnetoencephalography (MEG)
• Evoked potentials (all modalities, Auditory, Motor, Sensory, Visual)
• Electromyography (EMG)
• Nerve conduction studies (NCS)
• Clinical neurophysiology of sleep disorders, pain syndromes, gait and posture dysfunction
• Clinical neurophysiology of cognitive or mental disorders
• Autonomic nervous system testing
• Invasive and non-invasive neuromodulation (including deep brain and spinal cord stimulation, transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS), transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS)
• EEG, SEEG or EMG signal processing
• Bio-engineering or functional imaging at the interface of clinical neurophysiology.
NCCN is published in English six times a year.
