Tommaso Buganza

Tommaso is a full professor of leadership and innovation at the School of Management, Politecnico di Milano. He co-founded LEADIN’Lab, the Laboratory for Leadership, Design, and Innovation. He is the joint founder of Symplatform, a yearly international conference on digital platforms that aims to match scholars and practitioners. He is the co-founder and scientific director of the Platform Thinking HUB, a community of innovation leaders focusing on platforms. He co-founded, along with Politecnico di Milano, IDeaLs, a global research platform.
