Christiane Fiorin is Brazilian and holds a degree in Communications from the Methodist University of Sao Paulo and an MBA in marketing from the Superior School of Advertising and Marketing.
In her 7 years at Elsevier, she has acted in different areas as marketing manager for Latin America South and e-book expert for developing countries. She has recently accepted the challenge of living in Europe in the role of Customer Success Manager for Portugal and Spain.
